Psychological Consultations & Coaching

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all psychological consultations and coaching sessions offered by Aleksandra Martyniuk, whether arranged online, by email, phone, or in person.

2. Nature of the Service

The services offered consist of psychological consultation and coaching. They do not constitute psychotherapy and do not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment. No guarantee of outcomes is provided, as progress depends on individual circumstances and active participation.

3. Appointments

Appointments are arranged individually and become binding once confirmed.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are stated on the website or agreed individually. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due after the session.

5. Confidentiality

Everything shared during sessions is treated as confidential. Information is disclosed to third  parties only with explicit consent or where required by law.

6. Responsibility

Consultation and coaching are collaborative processes. Responsibility for decisions and actions outside of sessions remains with the person receiving the service. No liability is assumed for outcomes resulting from decisions made outside the sessions.

7. Liability

Liability exists only in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damages. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded insofar as permitted by law.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this website.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business.
